These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "You") and taya08 ("taya08," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the taya08 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at taya08.net and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

To access the full features of the taya08 Platform, you must register a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on taya08. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. taya08 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, taya08 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

taya08 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. taya08 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
taya08 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. taya08 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are credited to your taya08 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. taya08 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All transactions on the taya08 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). taya08 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Member are the Member's sole responsibility.
taya08 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). taya08 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or withhold funds pending investigation where required by law. Deposits must represent funds from legitimate sources. taya08 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
taya08 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your taya08 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
taya08 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other Members.
taya08 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already opted in, taya08 will honor the terms applicable at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.
All bets placed on the taya08 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, including but not limited to Virtual Sports, Bingo Adventure, Rooster Rumble, Aladdin, Exclusive games, and the Bet section. The following general rules apply across all taya08 products:
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya08 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the taya08 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of taya08 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the taya08 Platform without the prior written consent of taya08.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya08 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
taya08's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
taya08 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. taya08 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond taya08's reasonable control.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited on taya08. taya08 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through participation in games on the Platform.
taya08 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where taya08 reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may request the closure of your taya08 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

taya08 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, taya08 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the taya08 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
